A more meaningful guest journey.
Connect sustainability information, voluntary participation and rewards — without turning the experience into another disconnected tool.
Pilot partner invitation
Your stay. Your choice.
A clear journey from information to participation.
Illustrative interface. No live customer or carbon data.
Stay. Understand. Participate.
One clear sequence, adapted to the hotel’s service model and available data.
Stay
Begin with a real hospitality service and an agreed data boundary.
Understand
Show an estimated footprint with its calculation basis.
Participate
Offer a clear, voluntary programme participation choice.
Recognise
Connect participation with relevant hotel or partner rewards.
Remember
Keep a personal history with supporting programme records.
A managed programme, not a one-off campaign.
Define a guest experience, connect the essential data and follow participation alongside the supporting records. A pilot tests the value before a wider rollout.
A branded experience
A customer journey designed to fit the hotel, not replace its identity.
A useful guest profile
A history of participation and rewards with clearly described programme outcomes.
Programme oversight
A business view of properties, programmes, participants and evidence.
A measured first step
Agreed metrics for participation, operating effort and continuation after the pilot.
Participation does not have to mean an extra guest charge.
The funding model, recipient of funds and payment route are agreed before launch.
Guest supported
The guest chooses whether to join a clearly described programme.
Hotel supported
The hotel funds the programme as part of its service or loyalty model.
Shared participation
The business and customer contribute under agreed, transparent rules.
Sponsor supported
A corporate partner supports a defined programme or campaign.
Different results. Clearly separated.
HeartGreen is designed to keep estimates, reductions, project participation and credit retirement separate. A single impact counter should not hide those differences.
Environmental outcomes depend on the programme, methodology and evidence. Tree planting or programme funding is not presented as automatic carbon compensation.
Estimated footprint
A calculation based on stated activity data, boundaries and methodology.
Operational reduction
Changes linked to the organisation’s own activities and a documented comparison.
Project participation
Support for an environmental initiative, with its recipient and purpose recorded.
Documented credit retirement
Where included, separately recorded retirement evidence from the relevant registry or provider.
One property. One clear use case.
Start with a limited journey, the minimum useful data and agreed success criteria. Decide whether to scale after reviewing the results.
Questions worth asking.
Is HeartGreen a live hotel network?
This website presents the product direction and an invitation to co-design a pilot. It does not claim an existing network of hotel deployments.
Does every guest have to pay extra?
No. The proposed models include hotel-funded, sponsor-funded and shared programmes as well as voluntary guest participation.
Do guests need a separate app?
A first pilot can use a web page, QR journey or integration with an existing customer interface. The delivery format is agreed with the hotel.
Who delivers the environmental programme?
The environmental partner, programme terms and evidence requirements are selected and agreed for the pilot. No specific partnership is implied by the concept.
Does a contribution automatically compensate the footprint?
No. Programme participation and verified credit retirement are different records. Any compensation claim needs its own documented basis.
